That is wrong... the jumper is so womanly and those are SHORT shorts! I saw an elderly man walking down the street today in a suit. Except instead of wearing suit trousers he was wearing suits shorts, I didn't think they even made them. He was wearing them with knee high socks.
ah yes! suit shorts only looks good on a very selected few. the knee high socks must have made it even more worst.
